Management solution for biogass facilities
The biogas solution is modular, allowing adaptation to individual management needs optimal for users' operations, including optimization and automation of processes related to driving, weighbridge operations, wheel loader weights, laboratory samples, recipes, fertilizer accounting, reporting to suppliers/buyers, and authorities.
The biogas solution tracks delivered biomass from tankers, solid biomasses (such as deep litter and silage etc.), identifies suppliers and origins, and manages stock for incoming logistics, raw depots, and reactor depots. The analysis module monitors dry matter values, etc. Stock management involves entering batch quantities, values, and age to ensure optimal plant feeding. Wheel loader receipts, loaded into a tablet, facilitate automatic registration of correct feeding and stock movements. Transfers between depots are registered with updated stock status online.
The integrated RedCert/ISCC module ensures that necessary data is registered only once and collected in reports for certifications.
All registered data from tablets, weighbridges, laboratory samples, wheel loader weights, warehouses/depots, and the Supplier Portal are collected in the database in Business Central 365. These form the basis for statistics, documentation, settlement, and reporting to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, Waste Register, and the Danish Agency for Agriculture.
